My personal philosophy is that everyone deserves to enjoy the highest quality of life by maximizing their individual wellness potential.
In my own life, I experienced the amazing healing power of massage after an auto accident. I was amazed by the ability of my body to heal itself in conjunction with therapeutic massage. I studied massage at Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics in Tacoma, WA. I specialize in deep tissue massage and therapeutic bodywork. In addition to my education in massage therapy, I have also completed specialized training in the art of Zen Bodytherapy® (a form of Structural Integration), Myofascial Release and have a Washington State endorsement to practice Intra-oral Massage.
I am certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and am a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
